Data Deletion Instructions

CapOpt AB provides clear mechanisms for users to request deletion of their account and personal data. These instructions fulfill Facebook’s Data Deletion Requirements.

1. In‑App Deletion

You can delete your account directly by navigating to:
Account Settings → Delete Account

Once confirmed, all personal data will be deleted within 30 days.

2. Deletion Request via Email

You may request manual deletion by emailing:
support@capopt.com

Please include the subject line: “Delete My Account”.

3. Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you initiate deletion through Facebook’s user dashboard, Facebook will notify our system via the designated callback endpoint. Upon receipt, all associated data will be automatically removed.

4. What Data Is Deleted

• Facebook‑provided profile information
• Authentication tokens
• Usage data tied to your account
• Any associated configuration or preferences

5. What Data May Be Retained

Non‑personal, aggregated, or anonymized system logs may be retained for security and analytics purposes.
